About Branches Of Life, Inc.

Branches Of Life is a multi-purpose counseling agency, located in Memphis, TN. The agency was established in August of 2000 and was designed to meet a variety of individual and family needs with a special focus on at-risk children. We provide traditional and non-traditional methods of counseling, which allows for the most creative and effective interventions for problem solving. Branches Of Life is an empowerment agency with focuses on improving the verbal as well as non-verbal transactions between individuals and their social and physical environments.

Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance the social functioning of human systems (individuals, families, groups and communities) by developing resources, promoting harmony and creating dynamic opportunities for growth and change, which will lead to self-sufficiency and a higher quality of life.

Agency Goals

The agency's goals include keeping families together, empowering participants to take control over their lives, and involving the community in creating social change with individuals and families.
